Package Your Watch
Securely place the watch in its original display box along with all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards to ensure full credit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
